Unit 38

It isn’t complete and you need a subscription to study ladder for the links which I don’t have.

Hi Kim,

Study ladder is an optional task that is added in case you would like to use it in your lessons. It is not mandatory and not written into the units of work. At the time of creation, this was and still is a fantastic Australian resource that really covered the outcomes and was free to use as a whole class activity. It has since become a paid subscription.

However, I am catering to the entire NSW teaching community, many of whom have school subscriptions to this platform. Therefore I have kept them and not removed them. Again, as these are optional, the slides can be deleted if not needed. It is much easier to delete content than to add it.

Please note this in the product description:
Additional activities to support teaching and learning content.
Links to online interactive games to enhance student engagement.

I’m unsure what you mean by incomplete? I can only assume you are referring to the slides that have a yellow box which states “insert resource…”
As explained in the product description:

Please note: that due to copyright licensing, little prep may be required on your part as I am not able to insert all resources into the teaching slides. I will provide prompts within the slides to ensure you know exactly what resources need to be inserted and on what slides to ensure that the flow of your lesson is fluid and seamless.

Below the resources found in all the k-2 sample units of work is the copyright information which unfortunately for k-2 have strict copyright conditions. As such (and so that I don’t breach copyright) I am unable to insert the resources myself which I have clearly mentioned in the product description.

I’m sorry that you feel that this then makes my resources incomplete, however I need to adhere to copyright laws and again I have mentioned this in all product descriptions.
