Before purchasing and downloading any of our resources, we would kindly like to remind you of the terms and conditions as set out in the description of each product.
By purchasing and downloading any resources from our platform, you agree to the following Terms of Use:
License Agreement:
The resources provided on our platform are protected by copyright laws. Upon downloading, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal or educational purposes only.
You may not redistribute, sell or reproduce the resources without prior written consent. Additional licenses must be purchased if you wish to use the resource across multiple classrooms.
Your download link is valid for 1 download to 1 IP address. Please do not click the link on your phone otherwise you will not be able to use the link again. If you have purchased multiple licenses, you will be given the correct amount of download access. If there are any issues with the IP address access, you will need to email us directly. Please note that we track the data that corresponds with our asset downloads and use this data to address any breach in our Terms of Use. Please only download the link to the device you wish to use it on.
Permitted Use:
You may use the resources for your personal use or within your classroom. You may make copies of the resources for your students. However, you may not distribute or share the resources outside of your classroom.
You may upload the resource to digital platforms e.g. Google Classroom for your students to access. However, only parts intended for students should be used. Uploading the teaching slides and resources in its entirety is strictly prohibited.
You are not permitted to upload these products to a shared storage application such as (but not limited to) Google drive, Microsoft Teams, Share Point or your school server unless the correct amount of licenses have been purchased for each classroom use.

The Busy Honey Bee does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the resources. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the resources. Please refer to the 'Terms of Service' for more information.
The Service may include links to other websites or resources, which may be provided by third parties. Since The Busy Honey Bee lacks control over these external sites and resources, you understand and accept that The Busy Honey Bee bears no responsibility for the availability of such external sites or resources. Additionally, The Busy Honey Bee does not endorse or take responsibility for any content, advertising, products, or materials found on or through these external sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that The Busy Honey Bee shall not be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damages or losses incurred or claimed to be incurred due to the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such site or resource.
The products created by The Busy Honey Bee have been created using a windows PC. Formats such as Smart Notebook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word and Pdf have been used to create such products. The fonts used in most documents are Arial, Arial Rounded, Arial Narrow and Edu NSW Foundation Font download here. The Busy Honey Bee accepts no responsibility for formatting issues that may occur to editable documents due to software conversions, lack of fonts or being opened on a device other than a Windows device. Under no circumstances will refunds or partial refunds (discounts) be applied due to formatting issues. These are digital products that cannot be returned.
Modification of Terms:
The Busy Honey Bee reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the resources after any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Refunds:
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This is a digital product and cannot be returned.
By purchasing any resources from our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not purchase or use the resources.
Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in the following actions:
Your licensing to use these resources will be revoked and you will no longer be able to use the resource.
Your account with The Busy Honey Bee will be suspended indefinitely and you will not be able to make any future purchases.
Legal action may be taken against you.
