Additional licenses must be purchased if you wish to use the resource across multiple classrooms.
2. Permitted Use: You may use the resources for your personal use or within your classroom. You may make copies of the resources for your students or participants. However, you may not distribute or share the resources outside of your classroom.
3. Disclaimer: The resources are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Busy Honey Bee does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the resources. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the resources. Please refer to the 'Terms of Service' for more information.
4. Modification of Terms: The Busy Honey Bee reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the resources after any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
5. Refunds: No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This is a digital product and cannot be returned. 
6. Non-Transferable: This product may not be shared, resold, redistributed, or posted on any online platform (including personal or school websites) for public or private use, even in a password-protected format.
7. No Modifications: Modifying or altering the product in any way to create derivative works is strictly prohibited.
8. Commercial Use Prohibited: This resource is for educational purposes only and may not be used for commercial purposes, including training sessions, workshops, or seminars where it will be shared or distributed.
9. Digital Sharing Restrictions: This product may not be uploaded to any cloud-based storage or shared digitally with others. It is intended solely for the purchaser's direct use with their students.
10. Printing and Use: You may print this product for your personal use or for use within your own classroom. Sharing printed copies with other teachers, schools, or organizations is not allowed. 

By purchasing any resources from our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not purchase or use the resources.

Failing to comply with these terms and conditions may result in the following actions:

• Your licensing to use these resources will be revoked and you will no longer be able to use the resource.
• Your account with The Busy Honey Bee will be suspended and you will not be able to make any future purchases.
• Legal action may be taken against you.
