In dance, students develop their understanding of storytelling through movement. They explore movements, respond to the beat, and observe and perform cultural dances, such as the hula and Irish Stew. In music, students explore rhythm, pitch and dynamics through listening, composing and performing. They create simple pieces that highlight how music can express ideas and connect to different cultures.
