Digital Products Only
The Busy Honey Bee sells digital educational resources only. All products are delivered electronically and no physical items are supplied.
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. This includes situations where:
- You decide you no longer want the product
- The product does not meet personal preferences or expectations
- You accidentally purchase the wrong item
- You do not use the product after you have purchased and downloaded it
Please ensure you read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Faulty or Not as Described Products
Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if a product:
- Is faulty
- Is not as described
- Does not function as advertised
- Has a major problem that cannot be fixed
If a digital resource is faulty or inaccessible due to an error on our end, we will:
- Provide a corrected file, or
- Offer a refund if the issue cannot be resolved

If you experience difficulty accessing your digital resources, please contact us before requesting a refund. Most access issues can be resolved quickly.

Incorrect Email Address
The Busy Honey Bee is not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect email address entered at checkout. Please contact us if you need assistance correcting this.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.
